I need some advice on getting rid of dward invasive bamboo, which was sold to me as being non invasive. I have sprayed it with Round up which killed the leaves leaving the stems. I then cut it down to 6 inches from the ground and sprayed it again with Round up within 15 seconds, so that the sap would take the weed killer direct to the roots. I have now started to dig it up, but this is a very difficult job, as it is all intertwined together and I can only do a small bit at a time. Does anyone have any advice that I havn't yet tried.

You need to spray thr Roundup on the leaves and let it dry on. Then the chemical is taken down into the roots. This may take 2 or 3 weeks before death starts to show! Otherwise, just keep on digging bits out. Good luck.
