have done but they just lok at it put some sticky stuff on it and go away and its still leaking. The guy who out it up is away until next week and they said he would be back but as far as I can see he has cut things too short so dont know what he will be able to do

Insist on them sorting this problem out. If you paid by credit card for the greenhouse contact your card company and arrange for the payment to be stopped explaining that the greenhouse is not fit for the purpose you purchased it for. If you haven't yet paid for it then don't until they sort. As himself says this is not normal; you will have paid well to have the greenhouse erected rather than doing so yourself - make them sort the mess out. If all else fails threaten to take them to court.

I agree but if you have still got the reciet take that to court and right in read ink on it PAID UNDER PROTEST

but connor if the bill ahs been paid it was before a problem was found. So paid under protest will not be vaild [perjury not a good idea!]

Tell them you will report them to trading standards. , if they wont sort it out properly.
But i would still contact Trading standards and tell them what they did, they might be able to advise you,.
Its very shoddy workman ship when that happens.
You should not have rain pouring in like that

thanks all. I did pay by credit card when it was ordered so hopefully im ok. What makes me laugh is when the owner came out 3rd time and said a water but with piping would sove the problem (I shall add I had already bought one from them but it wasnt put on the van when it was delivered to be erected) anyhow he put it on the greenhouse but wouldnt let me use my watering can to see if it still leaked, just said to wait until it rains!!! And it hasnt rained yet, but I can tell that isnt going to work. A friend had a look at it for me and said it was very poor work. Problem is I have electricity in the greenhouse and the silly electrician attached the socket (he used an ordinary household socket) to the ground and if it rains it will get wet. I had loads of towels down the day it rained and that wasnt enough. Even got a certificate from the electrician - ha ha and he didnt come cheap. But I know my rights and cant wait for it to rain. Thanks again for the advice im sure I shall be back.

Go for it Pennys

get the socket disconnected asap. you dont want to get a shock when everything is damp. I would also take the electrician to task. that is sheer incompetence.
