How I trim up an Alpine, half the plant looks dried and dead and the other is still flowering, can I save it, or should I pull it up and stat again?

No dont pull it up. Well i wouldnt .feel if plant is trying to live then give it a chance. I would carefully snip out the dead and dying part at base level and see what happens. Good luck snake
