Now that my 'tete a tete' daffs which are in containers, have finished, how do I keep the bulbs for next year? Do I leave the bulbs in the containers after the leaves have died back? If so, do I water the bulbs or just let them dry out in situ? Many thanks

Many thanks to Volunteer. My gardening books never mentioned how to look after container grown bulbs. Thank you. Rocker.

Previous question
« can you dig up and keep spring flower bulbs for next year ie tulips
Next question
Give them a liquid feed and keep watering them until the leaves die back. Then, simply cut off the dead leaves. You coud plant some summer bedding on top of them for summer colour. The daffs will resprout next spring.
