My vine has now started to shoot and small leaves of about one inch long have started to grow (they look very healthy)However there are some very small only just visible white egg type spots on the leaves they wash off with a water spray, are they harmless?what treatment should I give if needed please

there possibly green fly lave . dont worry as washing them of is the right thing to do for lots of insect eggs especialy green fly . you can use soapy water to kill them and keep them of a bit longer.do this in the evening so the water doesnt burn your plants .
