How tall should my potato plants grow in a bag. The bags are full and the plant is still growing. From the ground they are 3 feet tall.

They will grow for a while yet, you must have the knack if your plants are three foot tall already! Mine haven't broken the surface yet. They will grow about three feet above the surface of the soil.
