why are my skimmias going yellow, but still going into flower, I have Rhoderdendrons in the garden and they are ok

They do this sometimes, tend to look a bit yellowy, quite often if planted in a sunny area, they prefer a bit of shade. Otherwise, I'd give them a shot of sequestrene iron tonic round the base.

thanks, they are exposed as my trees and shrubs are only about 3 years old, but as for sun, I live in the Highlands of Scotland.

wE DO GET SUN, BUT NOT AS MUCH AS DOWN SOUTH, YOU SAID SUNNY AREA, SO i DON'T THINK THAT WILL DO MUCH HARM.
