cordylin branch heads gone all pappy

Result of winter - you can try cutting it down if there's no new growth at the tip by mid May, unless the stem itself is soggy, in which case, cut it back past the sogginess now.

Hi Guest
All my friends in Glasgow and Edinburgh have lost their Cordylins this year due to the long cold winter. We all cut back to hard wood and await a miracle.
Good luck
