I have just bought some raspberry canes for the first time. There are 10 canes in a single pot which presumably I need to separate to plant them. How do I do this withough damaging the roots. They are Glen Ample summer fruiting.
Many thanks

Should be possible to tease them apart once turned out of the pot -if not, soak the whole thing out of its pot in a bucket of water to get the soil off, then extract the roots.
