Not the best of times - better in autumn

You could if you cant wait until the autumn, but it would be a bit tricky, you needed to make sure that you dig it out with LOTS of the soil round the roots. It also depends a bit which of the pieris it is, most of them are at their best at this time of year. I had to move one of mine last year at a totally wrong time but-it survived and enjoys it's new position. Good luck
