Answers
Could also be Lily bulblets from the leaf axils of certain kinds of lilies. And they could also be Iris seeds germinating. Plant them and wait and see.

Look like sprouting Day Lily seeds to me Rosie. Are the Day lillies near by? Pot them on, and see what happens if you let them grow.
