I have planted some seeds from last years loopins...they have started to grow, but will I get a flower from them this summer ? they era only 1 inch tall at the moment.

If the seeds are from an annual variety, you should get flowers this year, just a bit later on. Note that they're likely to be the basic lilac flowered ones - they don't come true from seed.

if they are from the perennial one you might be lucky and get flowers. if not definately next year and they could be any colour really. I have a pink/lemon one and most of the off-spring are either all lemon or all pink.
