Longest flowering tulips? These are Tulip 'Apricot Beauty', but they have for some reason formed themselves pink rather than apricot,- which I am quite happy with. They have been flowering for 3 weeks continuously, and are still looking so robust and strong that I won't be surprised if they achieve another week of flowering also. Two weeks seems to be considered the normal average for tulips. Has anyone else experience of exceptionally good long lasting tulips like these? If so, I would be very interested to know from you which varieties they are.

Thank you for that. I will look out for Menton. This Apricot Beauty is at 4 weeks flowering now, and just starting to drop its petals. Yes, I think you are right. And a heat wave would probably finish them off prematurely.
