almost looks like a trailing geranium , judging by the leaves

Currently I'm suspecting some kind of syringa, but can't be sure without a close up.

It looks to me to be Skyflower (Duranta repens), though that would be an indoor/outdoor plant or greenhouse plant in the UK.

I have no idea how to post a closer up picture unfortunately, but I've also posted this question on another gardeners' forum. Feel bad about advertising it on here, but if you click on the link, you can view a closer up picture of the plant. My very rough quess is some kind of a syringa but no idea which. It is flowering at the moment i know.

The leaves of the plant look very similar to the leaves of my blackcurrant sage

Could be Syringa 'persica' but without a close up, can't get nearer than that.

Can you add a closer up photo showing leaves and flower?
