My 3 yr old Wisteria on a wood Pergola has flowered for the first year (over 40 flowers) This was pruned back last sept by a knowledgable friend. however the excitment of the buds has been spoilt by the opening of the buds as they are thin and weedy looking with little substance to them. can anyone advise please.?
