Should I cut down the leaves of primula denticulata when the plant has finished flowering?

No way, D, leave the leaves alone and only remove the flower stems, as said bt Bamboo.

The plant needs the leaves to help feed the roots so that it can keep growing. The leaves will die back naturally in late autumn.
