Bought wisteria sinensis (grafted) 18months ago. Last summer all leaves and no signs of flowers again this year. Pruned new groth last year as books said. Location - grown in a border on west facing house wall. Reasonably sheltered., Any Ideas of problemwith no flowers?

Even a grafted one will take a while before producing flowers, usually three years, sometimes 7, I'm afraid.
