Hi, this is my first question because I've only just found your website. Could you tell my why my mint plant has turned purple since re-potting in fresh compost this spring, I grow it in a container

i bought some mint last year which has come up purple this year,how old is it as the younger it is the greener it is til it ages

My guess would be the recent cold nights.

MIght be a result of the recent colder weather, which came as a shock to lots of plants after the unseasonal warm weather in April. Welcome to GoY too.
