I have tried raising plants from seed, I have been successful in the past, however I have sown some delphiniums, they germinated, all have there 2 seed leaves but are now looking a bit sad, is there any hope of reviving them, should I wait for there true leaves to appear before potting them on. Any reasons for them doing well, then failing. I have now moved them into a different room, on the window sill, they are not covered and kept damp but no wet. Any help.

Did they droop before or after you moved them, SJW?
If the former, they may not have been getting enough light, and it will take them a while to recover, if they don't get sunburned (see below)!
If the latter, they maybe should have been introduced to the higher light levels and cooler nights on the windowsill more gradually, starting with a few short visits a day, graduating to several hours a day, and segueing into full time residency.

How do I say thanks?
