I have a very mature camilia almost the eize of a small tree , i pruned it last year and have lots of lovely new growth this year , it flowered well but nearly all of the new leaves have what look like small black eggs on them . Any ideas what they may be and what should i do about them?

Could be scale insect or aphid infestation, not sure without a pic - might be worth spraying with whichever Provado treats both of these two.
