Hi, welcome to GoY, have you just taken the cuttings?, or did you take semi ripe cuttings last summer?, if you took them last summer, and they're rooted, I would plant them about 12 inches apart, for a low hedge.
If you have just taken them, they probably won't root, as this is the wrong time of year, Derek.
