I have 20 + year old leylandii conifer trees. I have seen browing to the leaves, located nearer the bottom and appears to be spreading. When inspecting the leaves, there are numberous white specks on them. Does anyone know what this may be and how to treat it? It would be very much appreciated.
Thankyou.

Look really closely to see if they are the cast off skins of aphids. It may well be that you have the Confer one which is destroying Leylandii up and down the country. Not a lot one can do I believe. You need a conifer expert to really help.
