I have an Azalea bush,which I had to move last year to get in a Greenhouse.This year I have had only 1 flower and it is looking sad. Do I need to prune it or feed it well and hope for the best next year

I'd give it an ericaceous feed, designed specifically for rhodedendrons and azaleas. I wouldnt prune it though.
