the leaves on all 4 of my apple trees are wilting and seem to be dying. its may23 in wv and have not had any hot weather yet and its been raining

This may indicate that they have a fungal infection or something is interfering with the flow of sap up the plants. Check that there are no tight tree ties on the plants. Scrape away some bark with a fingernail and check that it is still green underneath. You could also chop off a small branch that has been affected and look for dark rings inside. These are often a sign of infection.
