not sure how to thank all those of you that replied to my original question about boggy plants, so am using this option, THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH FOR YOUR INPUT, I WILL DEFINITELY BE GOING TO THE GARDEN CENTRE SOON AND INVESTIGATE THE GUNNERA AND ALL THE OTHER SUGGESTIONS.
