Freesia
I have found 50 freesias tucked away in a cupboard. When and how deep should I plant them, if you think they are any good.
It is good to be back

Plant them about the depth of the bulb, ie if the bulb is 1cm long plant it with 1cm of soil over the top of it. A little bit deeper would do no harm.

a general rule of thumb is plant to 2 to 2 and half times the size of the bulb

Next question
Not sure about freesias, but in January I found some shrivelled hyacinth bulbs in my garage. I planted them in the garden, then it rained incessantly, but hey presto, they are flowering. So I would certainly plant them, you never know. Good luck x nan
