It is Hoya but maybe not H. carnosa as this has more rounded leaves.

what about Hoya lanceolata ssp. bella? seems more right shape and colours.

Yes, it looks like a Hoya Bella I had once. The flowers were beautiful, but if I remember rightly, it drips sticky 'nectar' all over the floor! Still, it is beautiful.
