Any idea what this is? Also how big does it grow and where would be the best place to plant it? I know this one is in a basket but i was hoping to plant it in the ground

This is a form of Artemisia pontica, fairly recent introduction, and isn't fully hardy. Can be cut back, but if you plant it out, needs a very sheltered spot. Gets pretty tall left to its own devices, seem to remember finding one last year at 3 feet (not for long, I cut it down to 8 inches!)

It looks like Artemisia 'Limelight' to me. I had one a few years ago that was planted in the ground. I found out the hard way that it's not hardy even in temperate Cornwall.

Are the leaves scented? If they are it could be a variagated mint leaf geranium
