My newly planted Pieris Variagata is drooping and leaves have lost colour. what is happening to my beautiful Plant!!

I think Pamg asked you some pertinent questions the first time you posted this question, Hemaljr - usual cause of this in newly planted things is drought - if you're not convinced, dig it up and look at the rootball, see if its very dry or nice and moist, and replant it, won't do it any harm if its only newly planted.
