I have a strawberry plant on my south facing balcony, which is coming along nicely. What I need to know is...it has 7 'feelers' growing out of it, if I'm not going to 'plant ' them do I cut them off? Do they take some strength away from the main plant?

I would allow 1 of them to grow, Then you will have a strawberry plant that will fruit next year.
