I have some small seedlings of one of the Inula's wating to go in the dampish spot in the garden.
is elecampne a specific species or variety?

someone gave me a root cutting yesterday as I admired it in their garden- I now its a herb dating back to Elizabethan times and apart from that I dont know much about it.

when I googled it it came up as an Inula.
