I purchased 6 arum lily tubors and planted them in October 2009. As yet not one of them is showing any sign of growth. Should I be concerned?

Which type of arum lilies were these? The coloured types are very tender and unlikely to have survived the cold winter. The ordinary large white type are extraordinarily hardy and come back year after year and multiply. They will grow both in the water, in boggy ground, and even in dry soil.
The ones in the picture have been there for five or six years and have survived minus 21 and minus 18 this winter.
(Sorry, couldn't seem to upload the picture, but you will find it on my homepage page.)

Probably, Guest. Ours have leaves and well developed flower buds.
