Can anyone tell me what is causing my tomato plant leaves to go yellow please? and what to do about it, thanks.

I agree Seaburn, water on the leaves acts as a lens and scorches the leaf killing the cells I think, try not watering when the sun is on the plants

at this early stage of growth I'm inclined to think sun scorch. seems a bit early for virus. If the rest of the leaves remain unaffected then nothing to worry about.
