hi thankyou for your reply about the cordyline not very good gardners how do l remove some of the crowns, for it to develop better thank you. Also is is safe to do it now or what time of the year. thankyou.

Now is the perfect time to do it - I'm assuming the growths are coming out of the main stump, so just cut off the ones you think you don't want at their bases, using a sharp knife, where they join the stump, even if that's below ground level. Post a photo if you want more help on this.
