Hi everyone , can anyone help I saw a tree today no pic I'm afraid as I was driving and it was actually on a roundabout . It was about 10-12 metres high and it was covered in large clusters of bell like flowers which looked like foxgloves which were whitish with a pink tinge I think, I've never seen one before, thanks for any help Roy.

If pink then could be a sweet /Spanish chestnut if white then the horse chestnut.

the only other tree I can think of is Paulowinia the foxglove tree but their flowers are lilac.

Thank-you Seaburngirl yes I've checked out that Paulownia tree that's what it is, I thought it was pinkish but it could have been pale lilac, thanks again Roy.
