does a dickinsonia dig up easily to remove as it has no roots I think it is dead.
Well myself and my 2 grandsons took all afternoon to dig out Dickinsonia - who said they have no roots they sure do !!

I would leave it for a while Fish, you never know.. I had new fronds in August once.. I must add tho, there were already 9/10 fully grown leave's already there..

You should be able to push it over with a good shove - otherwise dig it out, should be easy.
