In an Asclepias. Look like Asclepias tuberosa to specific as there are several species. They are sometimes called Milkweeds and all have milky sap. The Monarch Butterfly uses several species as a food plant for their larvae.

Chiltern Seeds in this country usually do several species some of which I have grown (the hardier species at least). Think of them as herbaceous relatives of Hoya which they are very close to.
