Can someone tell me the requirements for growing this plant..it's called Virginia Waterleaf, because the white markings look like water droplets...it's native to Ontario...thanks in advance....sorry for the blurry photo...

thanks, Myron...that's very interesting, must tell my daughter about the edible part...she has a large farm near Ottawa, is working at becoming self-sufficient...it sounds like it might be able to stay ahead of the rabbits...we'll see..sounds like a great ground cover........

I saw a lot of Virginia Waterleaf growing wild in woodlands and forests when I stayed with some friends in America. They told me that it spreads like wild fire, so I don't think that any special treatment would be needed to keep it growing, but maybe an occasional feed with a general purpose plant feed wouldn't do any harm.
Also, my friends told me that the plant is edible and the leaves are particular good in a a salad.
