We have a Dicksonia Antartica in our garden that is app. 1.5 metres tall.
Up to and incl. 2008, it grew fantasic fronds.
Each winter the top has been covered in straw and fleece.
Last year and this, the fronds have failed to appear.
The centre is not rotten and it has been watered.
Has anybody any ideas as to what can be done, i.e. saw off level lower down, to encourage the growth again or has it had it.
Hope someone can adviose.
Thanks.
