My daughter has a Omphalodes Linearifolia which was overtaken by the host onto which it must have been grafted.
During the winter I rescued it by cutting the host plant back to the soil.
The Linearifolia recovered and is now over three foot tall.
Now that the flowering season is over the ends of the branches are looking dried up.
My questions are: should it be pruned if so how and what sort of fertilizer should one use.
My daughter is particularly fond of the plant as she bought at the time of her wedding

Next question
I've seen the previous question you asked on this subject, and its answer from Bulbaholic, with which I entirely agree. Are you sure you mean Omphalodes - the largest one is O. cappadocica which gets up to 16 inches, and is perennial, but its certainly not grafted, its an herbaceous perennial. Perhaps a photo with your question would make things clearer.
