came across this label in my garden "scutellaria baicalensis" not sure how hardy its medicinal chinese herb well it obviously didnt do well in my garden must of got it from a plant fair put it in and it disapppeared anyone grown this before ?

yep and it died the first winter I had it. :o)
so not hardy for me either.
scutellaria's are popular as tub/basket plants.
wouldn't bother with it again even though it was pretty.
