i have a swiss bread plant or money plant it has flowered well. However the leaves are turning pinkish, does this mean that it is dead?

Do you mean Crassula ovata? Don't worry, it's not dead or dying. If they are kept in the sun they will turn a pale pink colour, which is a sign of good health.
