You don't say in a pot or ground Danimar. If in a pot, find a larger pot and get ericaceous compost and repot, it may well perk up quickly. If in ground give an ericaceous feed, liquid or granules and see if that helps. Check the PH of your soil it may be neutral or alkaline. Azalias like acidity.
