Hi, does anyone know the name of this white flower? I hope the photos are clear enough as I got quite a bit of glare from the sun. Thanks in advance.

Now I would say that it was a Philadelphus.

It looks exactly like my Philadephus which has almost finished flowering.

I am jealous, my philadelphus has only one small branch of flowers. Do you prune yours?

They are pruned after flowering so that they produce new growth, which is where the flowers will be next year.

Hi, it's never been pruned in the last 3 years since I moved in. In fact I didn't even know it existed at all until today! Maybe it flowered last year, I don't really know but I hadn't noticed.
