What is eating all my Petunia plants intubs and now in Hanging Baskets. Is there anything to be done to stop it?Have tried Slug Pellets.

If it isn't slugs or snails,it could possibly be vine weevil.I suggest you empty all the soil out,and check for small white grubs,which eat the roots of plants..If your plants are still worth saving,wash the roots thoroughly ,checking as you go,or replace with new ones..The birds will eat the grubs ,or dispose of them,by whatever method you choose..
