I think this is one you can grow in a tub, but do check with your supplier about eventual height and whether it does better with a pollinator nearby.

Its an apple Bamboo, I think its fastigiate or that way inclined.

Dear oh dear, its impossible to find any information about this tree, you just get loads of stuff about Apollo space rockets, and I can't see it listed anywhere even if I use the Latin name. The only thing that comes up is a post by Blooming_lovely, a member on here, from 2010, who is apparently growing this - there's a photo of it in her Photos. He/she doesn't seem to have been active on the site since 2011, but you could try sending a PM direct to get more info.
