Something is nibbling the tops off my lupins - no sign of greenfly or slugs, but I did see a couple of red lily beetles elsewhere in the garden. Any suggestions please? Lynda Little

are birds taking the tips when they take the grrenfly? But just because you havent seen slugs/snails doesnt mean they are not there. I do think they are the most likely culprit.
