I need to know firstly if they are bushes or trees. Second what they are thsnks.

generally trees are single stemmed and bushes are multi stemmed.
first one from its overall appearance looks like Rhus [summach] Stags horn but not 100% are the young branches covered in a reddy brown 'velvet'?
the second def a tree but not clear enough to id.
3rd looks like a shrub/bush.
