Any suggestions for what kind of climbing plant I can grow in a container up a north-facing wall?

Answers

Depends how much sun it gets really, and you'll need a large container (minimum 2 feet deep by 12 inches wide) for a climber to reach any height at all, though they'll never reach their full potential in a container. In shade, Hydrangea petiolaris, Schizophragma integrifolia, Hedera helix varieties, Lonicera.
