I get mine from a small local decorating shop. It is available on the web. I looked in Homebase (our only large DIY store), but they didn't have it.
My shed man suggested I use Butinox 1 for first coat, Butinox 2 for topping then Butinox 3 for a finish, but my paint supplier said 2 - 3 coats of only Butinox 2 would do, so thats what I did, and the finish on the shed is lovely. I'm just about to have the house sofits painted in it too.
(Also, I wanted a specific colour. Butinox didn't do the shade I wanted, but the paint man mixed some colour stuff into plain white butinox and it's perfect). Hope that helps.

Probably Butinox. It is expensive, but does last for ages.
